Privately Baptized Brooks -
On the seventh day of June in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, we, the undersigned pastor, performed the funeral service over the privately baptized child of James Arthur Brooks and Esther Mary Jane Bowes, whose death took place today at the age of three days. The witnesses present were James Arthur Brooks and Thomas M. Corrigan.

P.S. After making the above entry a baptisimal certificate of the above-mentioned child was received, showing that he had received a solemn baptism in the Water St. Hospital at the hands of Rev. Charles Glaude, Hospital Chaplain, and had taken the names Anthony William, the sponsors being John Bowes and Rose Ann Fitzsimmons.
