Gouverneur, Sept. 9.— Within the past few days A. A. Potter, Geo. H. The company has had a diamond drill at work which has been sunk to the depth of thirty feet, working all the way through solid blue marble. The properly has been purchased and it is the intention of the company, providing the marble proves to be as good as what they have already inspected, to construct a large plant with several gangs. The gentlemen interested in the new enterprise are thoroughly reliable and successful business men.
