He was not ment in his father's will of 29 December 1713. he was called Ensign on son Thomas's marrige records. ( Austin 208 (b); Dartmouth VR 1:281 (B); Bristol County Probates 9:36; Randall, Joseph Tripp 3; Valentine 183, were called a resident of Dutchess County New York, undoubtedly in error, as his will was recorded in Rhode Island ; MA IGI [b].
