On 20 Mar 1843 was buried John Carroll, deceased the day before, aged 66 years, retired of this parish, spouse of Mary Connor of this parish.
Cemetery headstone, as transcribed, cites date of death as 17 Mar. "The day before" would be 19 March. The same source lists his age at 72 years, rather than 76..
