Respectfully Represents __Michael Donnelly__, by occupation a __Weaver__, an alien and free white person now residing at __112 Hall__ Street, in __Fall River__, in said County, that he was born at __Louisburg__ in the County of __Mayo__, in __Ireland__ on or about the __15__day of __November__ in the year eighteen hundred and __47__ and is now about __59__ years of age; that he arrived at __Boston__ in the United States of America, on or about the __31__ day of __August__ in the year eighteen hundred and __69__ that it was then and still is his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States of America, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity ot every Foreigh Prince, State, Potentate and Soverignty whatsoever, especially and in particular to EDWARD VII, King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Emperor of India, and King of the British Dominions beyond the sea, _____
