Notes	"... was found dead on yesterday, on the way to his home, an inquest having been held on the body in due fom in the presence of Samuel S[xxx]. Esq, Captain of Militia and twelve sworn jurors, the verdict was that said Patrick Dly came to his death through fatigue and over-exertion through bad roads and severe storm on the night of the twenty-first instant, in the thirty seventh year of his age."
