David S. Caswell, Jr., 58 of 130 Old County Road Westport, died this morning after a long illness. He is the husband of Irene F. (Riley) Caswell.
Born in Tiverton, the son of the late David S. and the late Mamie (Almy) Caswell. He lived in Westport for the past 17 years.
He retired in 1960 as an employee of the Eastern Massachusetts Railway Company, then worked until his illness at Winfrid's Garage in Westport until 1966.
He was a member of the Unitarian Society of Fall River and the Eastern Massachusetts Street Railway System, Local 1509
Calling hours are Thursday 3-5 and 7-9. Funeral service will be held Friday at 10 AM in the Potter Funeral Home, 81 Reed Road Westport. Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.
