On 21 May 1924 were married J. Alfred Morin, residing in Notre-Dame-du-Chemin, son of the late Joseph Morin, former Member of Provincial Parlement for Charlevoix, and Georgina Simard on the one part, and Marguerite Monahan, residing in this parish, daughter of John Monahan, merchant, and Caroline Leclerc of this parish on the other part. Witnesses were Joseph Morin, physician, brother of the groom, and John Monahan, father of the bride.
